Booking Policies

Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Anantara Golden Triangle at time of stay by credit card. For peak season bookings (Christmas-New Year), the full balance will be charged by Anantara at the time of booking, and is non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable and full payment will be taken at the time of reservation.
Credit cards accepted by Anantara Golden Triangle: Mastercard, Visa, American Express - Cancellation Fees:
For all cancellations, the initial deposit is non-refundable. In addition, for any cancellations 14-4 days before arrival (or 7-4 days for low season bookings): additional charge of 50% (or 1 night for low season bookings) will be made to credit card by Anantara Golden Triangle. For peak season bookings (Christmas-New Year), all payments are non-refundable. In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
