Booking Policies
- Payment:
Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation. Outstanding balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (or 60 days prior to arrival if booking for high season and 90 days prior to arrival if booking for peak season) by bank transfer or credit card.
Credit cards accepted by Arenas del Mar: Mastercard, Visa, American Express. - Cancellation Fees:
For all cancellations, the initial deposit is non-refundable. In addition, 100% of the reservation will be charged for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival (or less than 60 days prior to arrival for high and peak season bookings). Peak season bookings cancelled less than 90 days prior to arrival but more than 60 days prior to arrival will incur a charge equivalent to 40% of the total reservation. The full cost of the reservation will be charged for all no-shows or early departures. For all cancellations, an 80% reimbursement of the charges will be made if Arenas del Mar can resell the rooms.
