- Optional Extras: Day rate if leaving after 0900 and before 1600 at 50% of tariff, a
credit card surcharge at 2.5% and airport/city transfers.
Round-trip airport transfers using the public ferry are 2500 Rs per person with 2 persons sharing, or 3500 Rs per person for single travellers. When using this ferry a 1-night stay in Port Blair on your return from Havelock is mandatory, as it does not connect with departing flights on the same day.
Direct same-day airport transfers using a full charter of a private boat are 35000 Rs one-way or 44000 Rs for a round-trip. Maximum 12 persons.
All ferry and dunghi transfers are subject to weather conditions, sea conditions, sailing permits and Department of Shipping schedules.
All road transfers will be by non-air conditioned vehicles.

Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Barefoot at Havelock within 10 days of confirmation by credit card with an authorisation form (to be signed and faxed; surcharge applies), or by electronic wire transfer (this is more complex, and any bank charges for the payee will be added to your final bill).
Credit cards accepted by Barefoot at Havelock: Mastercard, Visa. Faxed card payments carry a 2.5% surcharge.
The property also accepts Visa and Mastercard for the payment of extras at the resort. - Cancellation Fees:
