Booking Policies

Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Bloom + Settimo Cielo at time of stay in local currency.
Credit cards accepted by Bloom + Settimo Cielo: Mastercard, Visa
Compulsory Venice Tourist Tax: €3 per person per night (in high season: 1-8 Jan; 4-22 Feb; 1 Apr - 31 Oct; 3-9 Dec; 23-31 Dec), or €1.5 per person per night in low season, must be paid in cash before departure. - Cancellation Fees:
In the event of all cancellations, the initial deposit is non-refundable. In addition, for cancellations made 6-4 days prior to the beginning of your stay, an additional 50% of the total amount will be charged to your credit card by Bloom + Settimo Cielo; for cancellations made 3 days or less prior to arrival, the entire cost of the stay as originally booked and confirmed is forfeit, and the remaining balance will be charged to your card by Bloom + Settimo Cielo. This also applies to no-shows. Guests must inform Bloom + Settimo Cielo of the cancellation by fax, mail or email (they do not accept cancellations by phone).
