Booking Policies

  • Payment:
    Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
    For apartments an additional 30% is charged to Ca' della Corte upon confirmation (Venetian Apartment Lets Association).
    Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Ca' della Corte at time of stay by credit card.
    Credit cards accepted by Ca' della Corte: Mastercard, Visa, American Express.
    Please note an additional City tourist tax will be payable direct to the property.
  • Cancellation Fees:
    For all cancellations, the initial 15% deposit is non-refundable. In addition, for rooms: any cancellations made less than 3 days prior to arrival will incur an additional charge equal to 1 night, which will be made to your credit card by Ca' della Corte. For cancellations less than 48 hours and No Shows, the total amount will be charged. In addition, for apartments: any cancellations made 21-14 days days prior to arrival will foreit the 30% additional deposit; cancellations made 13-8 days prior to arrival will incur a further 20% being charged to your credit card; cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival will incur a further 40% being charged to your credit card. In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged. We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

You’ll be given a detailed city map and genuinely useful advice from manager Margaret, a Canadian who came to Venice for love 25 years ago and never left; you can make yourself a tea or coffee, chat with other guests on the roof terrace, even play their grand piano. If you need a bit more space and independence, the family also lease some [i!#Rooms!apartments] in various buildings nearby. You get more space for your money, the privilege of your own front door key, and the luxury of leaving the cleaning to someone else. The larger flats are perfect for families or small groups, while the lower floor of the little house (a rarity in Venice), Henry's Haven, will appeal to those with limited mobility.
