Guarantee deposit of 50% of total is charged in local currency by Casa Estrella de la Valenciana upon reservation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Casa Estrella de la Valenciana in local currency 15 days prior to arrival, except in high season when full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Credit cards accepted by Casa Estrella de la Valenciana: Mastercard, Visa, American Express. - Cancellation Fees:
Any cancellations must be received 5 days prior to arrival date. Once the reservation has been confirmed and your payment processed, all cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 5 days of your arrival, after your arrival and any no shows are not refundable. Cancellations made for the high season are also not refundable.
