Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Additional deposit of 50% of total is charged by Casa Zinc in local currency upon reservation for stays during 1 Feb-21 Dec. For stays during 22 Dec-31 January, the deposit required is 60% of total, and this must be paid by bank transfer.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Casa Zinc at time of stay by credit card.

In the event of all cancellations, the initial deposit is fully non-refundable. In addition, for stays during 1 Feb-21 Dec, cancellations made 6-2 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the second deposit, and the remainder will be refunded to your credit card by Casa Zinc, minus the bank charges; less than 2 days, no refund. For stays during 22 Dec-31 January, cancellations made 59-30 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 60% of the second deposit, and the remainder will be refunded to your credit card by Casa Zinc, minus the bank charges; 29-10 days, 25% of the second deposit will be refunded; less than 10 days, no refund.
