Booking Policies

Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Additional deposit of 30% of total for High Season stays only is due to Castell d'Empordà upon reservation, and must be paid by Bank Transfer in local currency; details will be in your confirmation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Castell d'Empordà at time of stay by credit card.

In the event of all cancellations, the initial deposit is fully non-refundable. In addition, for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival for bookings in Low and Mid Season, an additional charge of 1 night's stay is due. For High Season bookings, any cancellations made 18-3 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 2 nights; cancellations made less than 2 days prior to arrival will incur the cost of the entire stay, as originally booked and confirmed through i-escape.com. This is also the case for no shows and early departures. Penalties will be charged to your credit card by Castell d'Empordà. All cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by the hotel.
