Booking Policies

Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Cortijo El Puerto del Negro in local currency 60 days prior to arrival.
Cortijo El Puerto del Negro does NOT accept credit cards. Payment can be made by UK Sterling or Euro cheque (or bank transfer for clients outside Europe) only.
A refundable damage deposit of £250 will be required with the balance payment. This will be held for 30 days after your departure date from the house. This deposit is fully refundable. However, if you have caused any damage to the house or its contents, the cost of replacement or repair will be taken out of your damage deposit before you are refunded. - Cancellation Fees:
