- Walk along Paseo Dalt Murada, the old high walls
alongside the cathedral
- If you tire of sight-seeing you can shop until you drop in the
many wonderful shops close by
- Visit an art gallery - the Fundacio de Caixa or Juan
Miro's old house are recommended
- Have a cocktail at Palma’s most famous bar,
Abaco, a beautiful old Moorish palace filled with
art, music, fruit and flowers
- You are spoilt for choice by the numerous bars,
restaurants and clubs
- During Easter week there are many processions in
Palma
- 19 January sees bonfires lit in the squares and concerts are
given for the Patron saint of Palma, St Sebastian
- Every evening in August there are free open-air concerts or films around the city
