    Guarantee deposit of 25% of total is charged in local currency by Garonga Safari Camp upon reservation.
    Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Garonga Safari Camp in local currency 1 month prior to arrival.

  • Cancellation Fees:
    For cancellations of 6-8weeks prior to arrival: an admin fee will be charged. For cancellations of less than 6 weeks prior to arrival: 25% will be charged to your credit card by Garonga Safari Camp, for cancellations of less than 4 weeks prior to arrival:50% will be charged. For cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to arrival: 75% of total amount will be charged and less than 48hrs prior to arrival: the full amount will be charged.
