Booking Policies
- Payment:
Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Grootbos 30 days prior to arrival by credit card.
Credit cards accepted by Grootbos: Mastercard, Visa, American Express
Different terms apply for group bookings. - Cancellation Fees:
For all cancellations, the initial 20% deposit is non-refundable. In addition, for any cancellations between 30 to 23 days prior to arrival: additional charge of 30% will be made to your credit card by Grootbos; for any cancellations between 22 to 16 days prior to arrival: additional charge of 35% will be made; for any cancellations between 15 to 9 days prior to arrival: additional charge of 50% will be made; any cancellations received between 8 to 3 days prior to arrival: will be charged an additional 70% of the booking, and for any cancellations received less than 2 days prior to arrival: the full amount will be charged. In the event of premature departure or no-show, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged. We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforseen circumstances.
