• Visit the mesmerising ‘frozen waterfalls’ (natural rock formations which resemble gushing water) at Hierve el Agua, 70km east of Oaxaca
  
  
• Hire a car and tour the villages surrounding Oaxaca
  
  
• Laze by the pool or relax in the Jacuzzi
