Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
For bookings over New Years Eve or during the Carnival period an additional deposit of 50% of total is charged by Hotel Cocoon in local currency at time of booking.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Hotel Cocoon at time of stay by credit card.
