Booking Policies

  • Payment:
    Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
    Additional deposit of 50% of total (or the full balance if staying 1 night) charged by Hotel Pastis in local currency before they will confirm the booking.
    Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Hotel Pastis at time of stay by credit card or cash.

  • Cancellation Fees:
    For all cancellations, the initial 15% deposit is non-refundable. In addition, for any cancellations less than 30 days (or 14 days in mid/low season) prior to arrival: half of the second deposit payment (i.e. normally 25% of the total) will be refunded to you and the other half will be retained by Hotel Pastis. In the event of premature departure or no-show, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged. We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

But most of all it's a magical place to do nothing at all: to laze about on sofas in the shade and scoff a late breakfast; to chill out by the sun-drenched pool and top up your tan; to hide away in your magnificent room and watch movies on a flatscreen TV; or to snooze on your terrace. Airy interiors are sublime - contemporary French chic with no expense spared. Everything is designed to look beautiful, be it a cabinet of Pastis jugs in the entrance hall or a plate of seasonal fruits on the breakfast table. There are poolside sun loungers at the foot of palm trees, and you can slide into the bar for strong coffee, a cold beer, fresh orange pressée or champagne aperos. Elsewhere: stone floors, white walls, cool tunes and Andy Warhol lurking on the walls.
