    Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
    Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Hotel Sacristia de Santa Ana in local currency.

  • Cancellation Fees:
    For all cancellations, the initial 20% deposit is non-refundable. In addition, for any cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival: additional charge equal to one night (or one night less deposit if only staying one night) will be made to credit card by Hotel Sacristia de Santa Ana. During Easter and other peak periods, cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival: charge equal to one night will be made, and cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged a further 50% of the total cost of reservation. In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged. We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
