Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Hotel V in local currency at time of stay.

For stays during 1 July - 31 Aug, 20 Dec - 6 Jan, 10 Feb - 20 March: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the day of arrival will have their deposit refunded, but a 12% administration fee (based on the prepayment) will be forfeit; cancellations made between 29-8 days prior to arrival, the 25% deposit will not be refunded; cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival, plus no-shows and early departures, will incur the cost of the entire booking as originally booked and confirmed, and the remaining amount will be charged to your credit card by Hotel V. For stays during 1 Sept - 19 Dec, 7 Jan - 9 Feb, 21 March - 30 June : Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the day of arrival will have their deposit refunded, but a 12% administration fee (based on the prepayment) will be forfeit; cancellations made between 13-4 days prior to arrival, the 25% deposit will not be refunded; cancellations made 3 days or less prior to arrival, plus no-shows and early departures, will incur the cost of the entire booking as originally booked and confirmed, and the remaining amount will be charged to your credit card by Hotel V.
