Booking Policies

  • Payment:
    Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
    Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Hotel Villa Pannonia at time of stay by credit card.
    Credit cards accepted by Hotel Villa Pannonia: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners, Maestro.

    For bookings over Mostra del Cinema, an additional deposit of 50% of total is charged by Hotel Villa Pannonia in local currency upon reservation, and the balance will be charged 10 days prior to arrival. Both are fully non refundable.
  • Cancellation Fees:
    In the event of all cancellations, the initial deposit is fully non refundable. In addition, any cancellations made less than 3 days prior to arrival will forfeit 1 night's stay for stays of 1-3 days, or 30% of the total stay for stays of 3+ days, and this will be charged to your credit card by Hotel Villa Pannonia. No shows and early departures will forfeit the entire stay as originally booked and confirmed and this will be charged to your credit card by Hotel Villa Pannonia.

An adjacent island to the beautiful city, its wide, quiet streets and long sandy beach seem more reminiscent of mainland Italy, but when the tourist rush of summer begins and Venice’s narrow streets are clogged with people, you’ll be glad for some breathing space. Hotel Villa Pannonia is just off the main drag on the island, a poppy-red building with good rates, making it a fantastic place to stay if you’re on a budget but want to get the best out of Venice. With modern art exhibitions in the lounge, restaurant and bar area, and chic, monochrome rooms, it’s not a symphony of excess like many of the palazzos in the city centre. And it has good-sized [r:IT081:bedrooms] and bathrooms, as well as an excellent breakfast spread. Hop on a vaporetto and cruise down the Grand Canal to the Rialto market; ramble the narrow streets and explore gilded churches and lavish art collections, then hop back on a boat to laze on the beach in the afternoon. And if you come in late August/early September, keep an eye out for movie stars as the Venice Film Festival is held here.
