Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Hotel Villa Soro in local currency at the time of stay.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before the arrival date: you will be billed for 100% of the first nigh plus 20% of your total stay cost. For cancellations with more than 48 hrs notice: there is a fee payable of 20% of the total stay cost. During Easter and from July to September (inclusive): if you cancel or modify your booking less than one week before the arrival date, you will be billed for 100% of the first night plus 20% of your total stay cost. During the Film Festival (21 to 29 September): if you cancel or modify less than one week before the arrival date, you will be billed for 100% of the stay.
