Booking Policies

  • Payment:
    Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
    The outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Jashita upon reservation and will be charged to your credit card.

  • Cancellation Fees:
    In the event of all cancellations, the intial deposit is fully non-refundable (15% of total). In addition, cancellations made more than 15 days prior to arrival will incur a cost of 10% of total; the remaining 75% of the total will be refunded to your credit card by Jashita. Any cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival - and 90 days prior to arrival for Christmas and New Year bookings - will forfeit the entire stay, as originally booked and confirmed through i-escape. No-shows or early departures will also forfeit 100%.
