Booking Policies
- Payment:
Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Kemah Tinggi in local currency by bank transfer 6 weeks prior to arrival. For late bookings cash payment be accepted.
Kemah Tinggi does NOT accept credit cards. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer
Cash is accepted on arrival at the villa by prior arrangement for late bookings only. All incidentals bills (food, drinks, petrol etc) must be paid on check-out in local currency, USD, SGD or AUD (no credit cards accepted). A deposit of US$175 (or equivalent) per adult must be given to the manager on arrival and topped up as necessary to cover incidentals. - Cancellation Fees:
For all cancellations, the initial 20% deposit is non-refundable. In addition cancellations within six weeks of arrival incur an additional 50% charge (ie 30% is returned to you). However, if you can re-schedule your stay to dates within 12 months of the original booking dates, a charge of only 25% will be applied. All date changes are subject to availability, and only one change of dates is allowed. In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
