Booking Policies
- Payment:
Credit card details are required by the i-escape system to secure the reservation initially. No charge will be made to the credit card.
Guarantee deposit of 25% of total is required within 7 days to be paid directly to La Maison Moderne by Bank Transfer only. Details will be provided in your confirmation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to La Maison Moderne 90 days prior to arrival by bank transfer.
Security deposit of €1000 to be taken 90 days prior to arrival from which €300 will be taken for the final clean and laundry.
La Maison Moderne does NOT accept credit cards. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer only - Cancellation Fees:
