Booking Policies
- Payment:
Guarantee deposit of 25% of total is charged in local currency by L'Avenida upon reservation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to L'Avenida in local currency at time of stay.
Credit cards accepted by L'Avenida: Mastercard, Visa - Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations between 7 & 28 days of arrival, the 25% booking deposit is forfeited. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival, no-shows or premature departures, the full room rate for every night originally booked by guest will be charged. When the hotel is booked for exclusive use, a 50% deposit is required. If cancelled within 12 weeks of arrival date the entire booking deposit will be retained by the hotel.
