Rooms

There are 12 rooms - 8 doubles and 4 suites - over 2 floors. The doubles on the first floor have a neutral palette and a sleek, contemporary style softened with a few boudoir-like touches - a feature wall of opulent Cole & Son wallpaper, glamorous black Pachderme chandeliers, and Parisian silk curtains. The beds (all doubles, no twins) are large and super comfy, have leather bedheads, and are flanked by stylish Kartell 'bougie' lamps. All bathrooms enjoy Philippe Starck designs, local stucco tiles, organic products (a local mix of juniper and black pepper), slippers and fluffy bathrobes. The doubles don't have bathtubs but the cymbal-sized showers are heavenly.

The doubles on the second floor have warmer cream and brown tones to compliment the beamed ceilings and mountain colours. These rooms have a similar style to the doubles on the first floor but with a more organic, textured feel and design. We'd be happy staying in any room type but the crème de la crème are the 2 Luxury Suites. These are the most spacious and have the best views. They feature four-poster beds, Bonnaccina seating, and bathrooms with both roll-top bathtubs and walk-in double showers.

Air-conditioning, WiFi, flatscreen TV/DVD players, and access to SKYPE for cheap phone calls are standard features of all room types.

You can also rent the entire hotel as an Exclusive Villa - perfect for house parties, celebrations and winter escapes with a group of 20-25 friends or family.
