Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Additional deposit of 25% of total to be paid directly to Le Domaine aux Quat'Saisons 6 weeks prior to arrival, by Bank Transfer, PayPal or Cheque only. Details will be provided in your confirmation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Le Domaine aux Quat'Saisons at time of stay.
Le Domaine aux Quat'Saisons does NOT accept credit cards. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, PayPal, Cheque only - Cancellation Fees:
For all cancellations, the initial 15% deposit is non-refundable. In addition, for any cancellations less than a month prior to arrival: the second deposit will be forfeit unless the room is re-let, in which instance this would be refunded. In the event of premature departure full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged. We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
