Booking Policies

Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Le Stanze di Santa Croce at time of stay in cash.
Cookery courses, whole-house bookings and stays over 9 nights
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required as a guarantee, to be paid by credit card (3% surcharge) or by bank draft (at your expense). The balance must be paid, using the same methods, at least 30 days prior to beginning of course - or together with the deposit payment, for bookings within 30 days of the course. If the balance payment is not made within the set time the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit will be lost.
Compulsory Florence City Tax: €2 per person per night for up to 10 consecutive nights - must be paid in cash before departure (excludes children up to 9 years). - Cancellation Fees:
