Booking Policies
- Payment:
Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
The remaining balance is payable directly to Majahuitas in local currency at time of stay, except that for Christmas and Easter further one night will be charged as guarantee when making a reservation, and further 50% charged three months before arrival. All balances are to be paid directly to Majahuitas.
Credit cards accepted by Majahuitas: Mastercard, Visa, American Express. - Cancellation Fees:
For all cancellations, the initial deposit is non-refundable. During high season (November - April) a charge of one night or 30%, whichever is greater, applies for cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date. During low season (May - October) one night’s accommodation will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival. For Christmas and Easter 30% of reservation value is charged if cancelled within 2 months of arrival, 50% within one month, full balance amount within 8 days.
