Booking Policies

For bookings made 61+ days prior to arrival
Guarantee deposit of 30% of total is required within 7 days of confirmation, to be paid by Bank Transfer or Credit Card (details will be in your confirmation, note there is a 6% surcharge on credit cards and any bank fees must be paid by the guest.) The balance is due 61 days prior to arrival, by the same method of payment.
For bookings made less than 60 days prior to arrival
Full payment is required within 7 days of confirmation.
Credit cards accepted at the hotel to settle drinks/extras: Mastercard, Visa (note there is a 6% surcharge), or you can pay by Cash. - Cancellation Fees:
