For all cancellations, the initial deposit is non-refundable. In addition, for any cancellations less than 2 days prior to arrival: additional charge equal to one night or one night less 15% if only staying one night will be made to credit card by Hotel Maximilian; for any cancellations received less than 21 days prior to arrival for Christmas/New Year or Congress period, full balance payment will be charged to credit card by Hotel Maximilian.
