Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Muralla Ziri Boutique Apartments in local currency at time of stay, or 50% of balance, 15 days prior to arrival during Peak Season.
Credit cards accepted by Muralla Ziri Boutique Apartments: Mastercard, Visa, Diners, Maestro, Solo. Please not, Muralla Ziri Boutique Apartments does not accept Amex - Cancellation Fees:
For all cancellations, the initial deposit is non-refundable. In addition, cancellations made less than 4 days in advance will incur the cost of the entire booking, as originally confirmed, and this remaining amount will be charged to your credit card by Muralla Ziri Boutique Apartments. This will also apply for no-shows/early departures. During Special Seasons, (Easter, Christmas, New Year, Bank Holidays and festivities) reservations of 5+ nights and 3+ nights in apartments, any cancellations made less than 15 days in advance of arrival the cost of the entire booking, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged to your credit card by Muralla Ziri Boutique Apartments.
Checking in & out
- Check-in/out: In 13h00 - 22h00 / Out 11h00. Guests planning to arrive after 13hrs, must contact the property in advance of arrival to obtain the key access code.
