    Guarantee deposit of 25% charged in local currency by Natural Retreats upon reservation.
    Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Natural Retreats in local currency 8 weeks prior to arrival.

  • Cancellation Fees:
    A £25 administration applies to any cancellation or booking amendment. For any cancellations made more than 8 weeks prior to stay, the 25% deposit is non-refundable. Any cancellation made 6 - 8 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of total stay is retained; 4 - 6 weeks prior to arrival: 75% of your total stay will be retained; less than 4 weeks prior to arrival: 100% of your total stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be retained.
