Booking Policies
- Payment:
Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Additional deposit of 30% of total to be paid directly to Navigli Apartment within 7 days by Bank Transfer only (bank charges apply). Details will be provided in your confirmation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Navigli Apartment 7 days prior to arrival by Bank Transfer only. If you prefer, you can make both payments to Navigli Apartment at the same time via a single Bank Transfer within 7 days of booking. If you are booking within 2 weeks of staying, the second deposit and balance payment must be paid upon reservation by a single Bank Transfer.
Please note there is a €20 final cleaning fee which will be payable at time of stay.
Navigli Apartment does NOT accept credit cards. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer only - Cancellation Fees:
