Booking Policies
- Payment:
Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Shunya by bank transfer only at the following time:
For bookings in low season: 28 days prior to arrival
For bookings in mid/high season: 56 days prior to arrival
For bookings in peak season: within 1 week of confirming the booking.
Details of the bank transfer will be sent in your confirmation. Failure to send balance payment at the correct time may result in cancellation of your booking.
Please note that credit cards CANNOT be used for balance payments. - Cancellation Fees:
All deposit and balance payments (as outlined above and itemised on your booking) are non-refundable. However, in the case of peak season bookings only, balance payments may be transferred to another booking at either Kaju Varo or Noi Varo - within a year of the original booking, and subject to availability of course.
