Booking Policies
- Payment:
Guarantee deposit of 1 night's stay (for bookings up to 3 nights), 2 nights' stay (for bookings of 4-6 nights), or 3 nights' stay (for bookings over 6 nights) is charged in local currency by Palazzo Terranova upon reservation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Palazzo Terranova in local currency at time of stay.
Credit cards accepted by Palazzo Terranova: Mastercard, Visa, American Express - Cancellation Fees:
· In case of cancellation more than 30 days before expected arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less an administration charge of 10%. · In case of cancellation from 29 to 15 days before expected arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. · In case of cancellation from 15 to 1 day/s before expected arrival date we cannot refund any deposit. · In case of no show or cancellation after expected arrival date we will charge the total amount of nights originally confirmed. · In case of reductions of the stay or early departure we will charge the total amount of nights originally confirmed. · Any activities or courses arranged by Palazzo Terranova and subsequently cancelled are subject to a 15% administration fee (if cancelled less than 48 hours of the intended activity). · If the facility requires a cancellation fee on top of the 15% above, guests are required to cover this. · A special cancellation policy applies if Palazzo Terranova is booked on an exclusive basis, booked for groups or if the reservation is for more than 10 days.
