Guarantee deposit of 50% of total is charged in local currency by Patagonia Camp upon reservation.
For programs
US$ 300 guarantee deposit per person is required for the 3-night program and US $400 per person for the 4-night program
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Patagonia Camp in local currency 25 days prior to arrival.

Guarantee deposit of 20% of total is charged in local currency by Patagonia Camp upon reservation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Patagonia Camp in local currency 25 days prior to arrival for groups of 1-8; 40 days prior to arrival for bigger groups. If booking 25 days or less prior to check-in (or 40 days or less for groups), the booking must be paid immediately in full.

For cancellations less than 39 days prior to arrival: the deposit of 50% (or program's deposit) is not refundable; in addition, for any cancellations less than 25 days prior to arrival and in the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged to your credit card by Patagonia Camp. New policy, for bookings from 12 Sept 2010 onwards For cancellations 40-21 days prior to arrival (90-61 for groups): the guarantee deposit will be forfeit; 20-10 days prior to arrival (60-41 for groups): 50% of the total booking is forfeit, and any outstanding amount will be charged to your credit card by Patagonia Camp; less than 9 days prior to arrival (less than 40 days for groups): and in the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged to your credit card by Patagonia Camp.
