Booking Policies
- Payment:
A deposit of 30% of the total cost of the holiday is payable on booking, via bank transfer; details will be sent to you. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the holiday start date, also by bank transfer. If you would prefer, you can transfer the entire amount in one go at time of booking. Please note that, if a reservation is made within 8 weeks of the holiday start date, total payment for the holiday is due at the time of booking. - Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations made more than 8 weeks prior to arrival: deposit refunded, minus an administration fee of 10% Cancellations made less than 8 weeks prior to arrival: deposit refunded minus an administration fee of 10% if the room is re-sold. If unable to re-sell the reservation, Pilates en France will offer a credit note for 50% of the full price paid to be used as a deposit for another booking, valid for 1 year. Cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival: 100% We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
