Pilates en France

Press Reviews
Easy Living Magazine, February 2009
"The studio is in a converted barn adjacent to the immaculately
restored main farmhouse, and is equipped with extraordinary looking
machinery. As your Pilates class only takes up 90 minutes, you are
at leisure for the rest of the day. I took myself on long,
wonderful walks along muddy tracks through forests, stopping
breathlessly to admire the rolling beauty of the landscape."
Zest Magazine, April 2008
"This lovingly restored house with a well-equipped Pilates studio,
rambling gardens and outdoor pool, is set in the lush Dordogne
valley in south-west France. The Pilates lessons are challenging
and the time flies by, leaving you stretched mentally and
physically and primed to spend the rest of the day reading on a
shady patio, enjoying the local markets or floating in the
pool.
Melanie has a my-house-is-your-house attitude – she’ll
whizz you into nearby Cazals, take you to her local bistro for a
carafe of rose and a delicious fish soup, or produce anything from
a salad to a four-course meal in her farmhouse kitchen. Whether you
want to chat over a glass of wine while she cooks or hole up in
your peaceful lavender-scented bedroom – at Les Tilleuls,
it’s up to you."

“Absolutely abulous house, beautiful location and Melanie is the perfect hostess. The Pilates was expertly taught, the swimming pool was inviting and the food (and ever flowing wine!) sublime.... we cannot wait to go back.
One of our best holidays ever!”
