Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to The Quay in local currency.
Credit cards accepted by The Quay: Mastercard, Visa, American Express - Cancellation Fees:
For all cancellations, the initial deposit is non-refundable. In addition, for any cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival during the period 1 October - 30 April / 1 July - 31 August: additional charge of 50% will be made to credit card by The Quay; for any cancellations less than 24 hours prior to arrival during the period 1 May - 30 June / September: additional charge of 50% will be made to credit card by The Quay. In the event of premature departure or no shows, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
