Booking Policies

Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Castelinho38 in local currency.
Credit cards accepted by Castelinho38: Mastercard, Visa - Cancellation Fees:
For all cancellations, the initial 20% deposit is non-refundable. In addition, for any cancellations less than 72 hours prior to arrival, additional charge of 1 night (or 1 night minus 20% if only staying 1 night) will be made to credit card by Castelinho38. During the period Dec-March, this policy will apply for cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival; over Christmas, New Year and Carnival, this policy will be apply for cancellations made less than 1 month prior to arrival. In the event of premature departure or no shows, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
