Booking Policies
- Payment:
Credit card details only are required to guarantee the reservation for single bookings. No charges will be made to the credit card unless cancellation charges have to be applied. For group / conference bookings, a 50% prepayment is required.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Chateau Mcely in local currency at time of stay.

For individual bookings, there is - no charge for cancellations more than 3 days before arrival - 50% charge for cancellations 3-1 days before arrival - 100% charge for cancellations on the day of arrival or no-show. For group / conference bookings, conditions will be specified in the contract.
