Booking Policies

  • Payment:
    Guarantee deposit of 50% of total is required in local currency by Ponta dos Ganchos upon reservation.
    Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Ponta dos Ganchos in local currency at time of stay.

  • Cancellation Fees:
    In case of booking cancellation or alteration 30 days before check in, a 5% charge will be added to the deposited amount. If the same happens up to 15 days before check in, a 50% fine will be charged over the deposited amount; after this period, a 100% fine will be charged. There will be no reimbursements of the deposit, the balance (when existing) will be available as a credit for future accommodation and must be utilized before an agreed date, after that the credit will be cancelled. Early check-outs will be charged at 50% of the remaining balance.
