Booking Policies

Credit card details are required to guarantee the reservation but no actual deposit is required, unless otherwise specified. If a deposit is required, an authorisation form will be sent to the client, to be signed and returned to Portrait Suites.
If there is no deposit, the card will not be charged, unless cancellation charges are applied. The full amount is payable directly to Portrait Suites at time of stay.
