Booking Policies
- Payment:
Apart from Christmas holidays and August, all reservations must be prepaid to Posada de las Flores at least 20 business days prior to arrival.
During Christmas holidays and August, a guarantee deposit of 30% of the total reservation quote must be paid to Posada de las Flores within 30 days of the booking being confirmed, and must be prepaid prior to arrival.
Any outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Posada de las Flores in local currency at time of stay.
Credit cards accepted by Posada de las Flores: Mastercard, Visa. - Cancellation Fees:
During normal season, any cancellations received less than 3 days prior to arrival, there is a charge of 1 night's stay (including tax) plus 30 USD processing fee per room. In the event of no shows or premature departure, there will be no refunds.
During peak season, any cancellations received between 30 - 16 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 2 nights stay (including tax) plus 50 USD processing fee per room. If cancellations are received 15 days or less prior to arrival, the full stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged. In the event of no shows or premature departures in peak season, the full stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged. - Payment and Cancellation policies may vary with Special Offers
