    Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
    Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Puro Hotel at time of stay in local currency.

  • Cancellation Fees:
    For all cancellations, the initial 15% deposit is non-refundable. In addition, for any cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival an additional charge of 1 night will be made to credit card by Puro Hotel. In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged. We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforseen circumstances.

You’re drawn inside through the bar, where mojitos are served beneath huge light-boxes and striking paintings, up a flight of stairs bordered by cannonballs and spaceship LEDs to a courtyard, where square candles glow on square tables under a spot-lit palm. The sophisticated style is set, and the 40 [r:ES030:bedrooms] (many added after a 2010 expansion) do not disappoint. But be warned: it’s about fashion, not function. If you want to look cool, feel cool and meet cool, then book here. If you want old-fashioned comforts at old-fashioned prices, then look elsewhere.
