Booking Policies
- Payment:
Guarantee deposit of 30% of total is charged in local currency by Puyuhuapi Lodge & Spa within 7 days of booking.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Puyuhuapi Lodge & Spa in local currency 30 days prior to arrival.
Credit cards accepted by Puyuhuapi Lodge & Spa: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners. - Cancellation Fees:
Modifications will only be accepted if they are made 5 days before arrival to the Hotel and subject to availability. Any modification of room type reserved by the passenger after arrival at the Hotel is also subject to availability and rate difference must be paid in full. Cancellation penalties: Up to 60 days prior to departure, all group reservation will have a handling fee of $200 60 - 46 days - 100% refund minus $100 per person 45 – 30 days - 50% of total value 29 – 15 days - 80% of total value Less than 15 the total amount is nonrefundable Notification of cancellation is either with the reservations office in Santiago or directly to the Hotel. If there is a no show on day of arrival, the Hotel reserves the right to re-book the room or rooms from the following night of the stated booking.
