Booking Policies

  • Payment:
    Guarantee deposit of 20% of total is charged in local currency by Remota upon reservation.
    Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Remota in local currency 45 days prior to arrival. When reservations are booked less than 45 days of arrival at the hotel, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
    Credit cards accepted by Remota: Mastercard, Visa, American Express.
  • Cancellation Fees:
    More than 44 days before arrival:$100 per person
    From 44 days to 30 days before arrival:$100 per person + 30% of total reservation
    From 29 days to 15 days before arrival:$100 per person + 75% of total reservation
    Less than 15 days before arrival:100% of total
    No show or early departure:100% of total
