Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Residence Hilda in local currency.

Compulsory Florence City Tax: €4 per person per night for up to 10 consecutive nights - must be paid in cash before departure (excludes children up to 9 years). - Cancellation Fees:
For all cancellations, the initial 20% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation policy for short-term stays (< 15 days): no penalty for cancellations within the 48 hours prior to the arrival, after this term first night charged. For no-shows 50% of the stay is charged. Cancellation policy for long-term stays (> 15 days): no penalty for cancellations within 7 days prior to the arrival, after this term 30% of the entire stay is charged. For no-shows 50% of the stay is charged.
