Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Riad Alkantara at time of stay by credit card.
In peak periods (20 December-4 January & 28 May-15 June) additional deposits may be required.
Credit cards accepted by Riad Alkantara: Mastercard, Visa, Diners - Cancellation Fees:
For all cancellations, the initial deposit is non-refundable. For any cancellations less than 90 days before arrival, the following charges will apply. Any additional penalties on top of the deposit already paid will be made to your credit card by Riad Alkantara: 90-16 days prior to arrival: 50% of total 15-8 days prior to arrival: 70% of total 7-2 days prior to arrival: 90% of total <2 days prior to arrival, no-show, or early departure: 100% of total.
