Booking Policies
- Payment:
Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Outstanding balance is payable fourteen days prior to arrival for reservations made more than a month ahead of arrival date, directly to Riad. For bookings less than one month ahead of arrival date, the outstanding balance is payable in the riad.
For bookings for the whole riad, a 50% deposit is required at the point of confirmation. The full amount is payable 14 days prior to arrival.
Payments can be made by credit card, paypal, or bank transfer.
Credit cards accepted by Riad Chi-Chi: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro - Cancellation Fees:
For all cancellations, the initial deposit is non-refundable. In addition, for any cancellations: 21 to 30 days prior to arrival an additional 10%; 15 to 20 days prior to arrival: an additional 35%; 7 to 14 days prior to arrival an additional 60%; 3 to 6 days prior to arrival an additional 75%; less than 3 days prior to arrival: full balance payment. For bookings for the whole riad: 21 or more prior to arrival 50%; 7 to 20 days prior to arrival: 75%; Less than 7 days prior to arrival or a no show 100% of the total will be charged The hotel is somewhat flexible on cancellation charges depending on the circumstances. If you re-book for a later date and they can rent out the room in the meantime, they will not charge.
