Booking Policies
- Payment:
Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Additional deposit of 50% of total to be paid directly to Sarinbuana Eco Lodge within 2 weeks of booking, by Bank Transfer or credit card only. Details will be provided in your confirmation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Sarinbuana Eco Lodge at time of stay.
Sarinbuana Eco Lodge accepts Visa and Mastercard. Payment can be made by credit card or cash only. - Cancellation Fees:
For all cancellations, the initial deposits (totalling 60%) are non-refundable. In the event of premature departure full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged to your credit card by i-escape on behalf of Sarinbuana Eco Lodge. We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
